INSIDE SALES ENGINEER

We are currently seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales teams. Proven sales experience, initiative, motivation and professionalism are key attributes of the successful candidates. Ability to learn and gain a strong understanding of IPTV and Broadcast  is a must have for success in that position. Previous Broadcast experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
• Follow-up consistently to warm leads and qualified prospects
• Prospect cold leads over the phone
• Deliver effective sales presentation and quotations
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Maintain records of activities and contacts in sales database
• Close sales in assertive and professional manner
• Follow-up with customers through sales and installation cycle
• Close first deal within 60 days
• Achieve monthly quota consistently

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work in a high-energy sales team environment
• Ability to close deals
• Strong phone prospecting skills
• Strong aptitude for learning 
• College degree in Related Field, Computer Science , or other relevant field
• Proven ability to work independently as well as lead team effort

As a  Software Engineer at DVEO , you will be an essential part of our development team. You will join a team providing international customers with world-class technical solutions for transport of professional video over IP.

In this position you will:

• Participate in all project phases from analysis and design to implementation and testing.

• You will develop applications software from low level drivers for hardware devices to high-level management applications.
  

Required Skills:

It is absolutely essential that you have:

• Experience in C++
• Interest in real-time software development

• Knowledge of video and video transport (DVB, MPEG2 or MPEG4)
